Hopeniva uses the name, email, project information and optional contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Please do not send passwords, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Delivery and website operation
The site is prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Hosting providers may process request information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and secure the website. Contact delivery, when configured, uses the hosting email service. Email and WhatsApp links open third-party services subject to their own privacy terms.
Storage and access
Inquiries and owner notes are stored privately in Cloudflare storage for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically. The owner can delete them earlier. Email copies and agreed project records may have separate retention. Inquiry details are used for project communication and related business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to any necessary recordkeeping. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
