A useful first conversation starts with:
01 / THE STARTING POINT
Start with a playable loop, then build the systems needed to support it. Existing Unity projects can also begin with a focused bug, performance or networking review.
Have an existing Unity project? We can start with a targeted review of bugs, performance, networking or a planned upgrade.

04 / WHY HOPENIVA
We are an independent studio based in Pakistan, working remotely with international teams. You get a practical conversation about what to build, how to review it and what happens next.
Published game references are previous individual development contributions with publisher attribution. Responsibilities are confirmed per project.
Agreed milestones, visible work and documented assumptions keep the project understandable.
05 / THE DELIVERY PATH
Five stages. Checkpoints agreed together.
Support is scoped around your ongoing needs.
Understand the people, the problem and the constraints.
Agree deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Build a playable slice and review the core mechanic.
Implement gameplay, C# systems and the agreed asset integrations.
Test performance, save/data flows and scoped networking on the target setup.
Yes. We use Unity and Photon for multiplayer development. We first review player count, session flow, synchronization and hosting needs to define a practical scope.
No. Publishers are credited and the references come from an individual developer portfolio. Exact responsibilities must be confirmed per project before a detailed case study is published.
Targets depend on hardware, assets, networking design and scope. We measure the agreed setup and discuss tradeoffs; no universal performance result is promised.
Our verified offering is Unity development for agreed mobile and PC targets. Browser distribution, ad-network SDKs and game portals are not confirmed standard services and need feasibility review.
Yes, subject to review and your permissions to use the assets. We document what can be retained and what needs attention.
